Whatever we do is done with planning, care and attention to detail so that members can enjoy the best outcomes possible. This means that, initially perhaps, we may do a little less - but it will be done exceptionally well.

Excellence

Near enough is never good enough. It betrays a lack of commitment and complacency and always leads to apathy - the death of any dream. Excellence is doing the very best with what you have.

Integrity

Members who pay fees are entitles to open, accountable and diligent servant-leadership. They want to be proud of their club, not embarrassed by incompetence or politicking. We value relational integrity.

Leadership

The success of the best organisations doesn't just happen by accident, it is forged by strong, visionary and capable leaders who can 'read the game' and adapt to meet new challenges. Leadership training is also part of the CityWest 4x4 Club commitment so that leadership responsibility can be sensibly and capably shared by all. It is an 'added value' for members to be trained by other qualified experienced leaders.
